Through aggresive tactics, members of this alliance vows to fight for the rights of Motor Carriers utilizing smaller passenger capacity vehicles, Travel Professionals who rely on our services and our most important asset, the residents of this State reliant upon us for safe, reliable and economical nonpublic transportation as part of their overall travel plans.

Aggresive Tactics Includes But is Not Limited To:

• Educating local business that transportation laws restricting intrastate commerce is bad business for all
• Advising cities in other states competing against Florida cities for large special events that Flroida is not transportation friendly
• Political Activism
• Holding regulators accountable through the courts
• Making public, any action undertaken by any Taxi Cab owner, Limousine owner or Limousine Association which is deemed detrimental to free market enterprise, restricts and adds traveling costs to the consumers
