Prius Battle Fails Constitutional Muster
Represented by Luke Lirot, Leib's federal claim filed under some constitutional theory Lirot dreamed up failed to pass muster in the 11th Circuit.
With other motor carriers affected by the same unlawful rule of the HCPTC, justice will be sought by issuing a statutory challenge that the approximate 250 word definition of limousine enlarges the 25 word definition provided for under law and therefore an unlawful exercise of delegated authority pursuant to the Florida Administrative Procedures Act.
Maybe Lirot should of sought out opinions from the real attorneys at JAPC before squandering Leib's money on a lost cause.
